There are many resources available in print and via the internet that will guide you through the application process and eligibility requirements for each of the Federal Law Enforcement jobs as well as the physical exam requirements.  Likewise, there is a vast amount of information available to  applicants that are researching strategies for passing a polygraph.  There are also services and preparatory manuals that are offered to help prepare you for a standardized interview.  THAT'S NOT WHAT I DO!  This website is not intended to duplicate any of the resources that are already available to you for free.  If I agree to work with you, I will certainly provide you with all of the relevant information that you need during every phase of testing and interviewing.   I will dispell any myths about the process for your desired job and I will rely upon my personal experience to answer all of your questions.   I will be providing you with a highly specialized service that is tailored to your individual situation and I will only work with one applicant at a time.  The following services are available.  Check out the pricing page and choose the option which will work for you. 

 

• You will receive structured practice and preparation for exams and interviews, using a multisensory approach.  It is proven that learning mechanisms operate optimally under multisensory conditions as the brain encodes, stores and retrieves information better than in the unisensory learning model.

• You will receive relevant sample tests and interview questions that will help you to practice so that you will be prepared and confident on your test day.

• You will be tasked with preparing responses to sample behavioral and situational interview questions.  You will learn how to structure your responses in S.T.A.R. format.  Your responses will be evaluated and you will receive guidance for improving your responses so that they are more relevant and precise.   You will learn how to present your responses in an unrehearsed, conversational manner.

• You will be presented with a scenario and a loaded “in box” containing relevant (and some intentionally irrelevant) reports, evidence, voice mail messages, surveillance records and more.  You will be tasked with interpreting all of the information and making inferences which you will have to incorporate into a persuasive written report.  I will evaluate your responses and hold discussions with you to provide feedback and to give you an opportunity to practice articulating your thought process.

• I will advise you on how you should dress on interview day.   As a hiring official for my agency, I have seen many qualified job applicants that just do not understand the importance of dressing and accessorizing appropriately.  I hire entry level employees so I can overlook the faux pas related to wardrobe, grooming and the like.  But, if you want to join the elite ranks of the FBI, CIA, ATF, etc, then you do have to look the part.  This applies to female and male applicants alike!  I will be relentless and precise in instructing you on every element of your appearance as well as personal hygiene because you really do need to get those things right the very first time.  And remember, if you look good, you will feel good and you will have confidence.

• I will advise you on interview kinesics with a focus on posture, gesture, stance, movement and facial expression.   

 

• You will be coached on how to interact with the other applicants that you encounter at the testing site and I will explain the reasons why those interactions are important.

 

• No insider information will be provided to clients.  If you are seeking the actual interview questions or test material, then you lack the integrity that is required to be a Federal Agent.  Be wary of any coach that offers you the actual list of interview questions for any agency.
